How to find your spare part

Finding the right spare part takes 2 steps. You’ll need your Product Number Code (PNC), the identifier for your appliance.

Follow the guide below: find your PNC, choose the right part, and register your appliance for easy access to compatible parts in the future.

Step 1

Find your Product Number Code (PNC)

Start with your PNC – the quickest way to find the right parts.

Find the PNC
Each appliance has an 11-digit Product Number Code (PNC) printed on its rating plate.
Not sure where to look?
Open the guide to see where the rating plate is located for your appliance type.
Scan with your camera
On mobile, tap the camera icon to scan the rating plate. We’ll fill in the PNC field for you.
Enter your PNC
Enter your 11-digit PNC and press Enter to see compatible parts.

Step 2

Find your spare part

With your PNC entered, browse compatible parts and find what you’re after in two ways: use filters or the visual Part Finder.

You’re now viewing parts that fit your appliance.
Filter your results
Use filters to narrow the list and find the right part.
Use the Part Finder
Open the Part Finder to view diagrams and pick out the part visually.
Pick a number, find a part
In Part Finder, select a diagram number to open the details and add the part to your basket.

Step 3

Register your appliance

Create an account and register your appliance once. Next time, open My products to go straight to compatible parts.

Log in to MyPages
Sign in to access your account and manage your appliances and details.
Don’t have an account yet?
Create one quickly with a one-time password sent to your email.
Go to MyPages
Once you’re logged in, go to MyPages to manage your products, preferences, and orders.
All products in one place
Open My products to view or register your appliances and find compatible parts.
